Q: Is Kenzer Outplacement Services just a web-based service? A: No. Kenzer Outplacement Services utilizes the web to support our individualized counseling for our clients. Every client is matched with one of our counselors for the duration of their program. We work on individual customized programs accessed through our database with the client's login security code. Q: Will Kenzer try to provide me with interviews through their Executive Search services? A: Every outplacement client's resume will go into the Kenzer data file (upon the client's approval) which will identify it and make it accessible for any appropriate search. Q: Do you provide mock interviews and critiques? A: Depending on the level of the program selected by your company, we do have a process to prepare you through mock interviewing and a subsequent evaluation and review. |
