Paul Robb is an Executive Coach and former Chief Executive Officer with 30 years of management experience in the apparel, retail and consumer products industries. Paul held C.E.O. positions at the Lifestyle Design Group at the Kellwood Company, the private equity owned Block Corporation and the publicly held Duck Head Apparel Company. During the past two years he has been an Executive Coach to senior leadership at several Fortune 200 companies and a coach at the Wharton School of Business High Potential Leadership Program. Paul’s management responsibilities have included thousands of employees in global corporations, the integration of acquired companies , the divestiture of company business units and the restructuring of complex organizations. This prior experience gives Paul a unique understanding of personnel challenges during organizational changes, which the C.E.O. is held accountable for. He understands the benefits of the outplacement process and services it provides to the company and the employees involved. He brings this expertise to every Kenzer Outplacement customer by developing the appropriate program and managing the process. Mr. Robb is an accomplished public speaker and has been a featured speaker at the World Textile Trade Conference, W.W.D. C.E.O. Summit, American Apparel Footwear Association Seminars and has appeared on Fox Network Business Journal. His seminar presentation, "Psychodemotude™: Career Leadership in the Now Generation" has been given to college students, corporate executives and career organizations. Paul is a graduate of the Choate School and received his B.A. in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania. He has completed advanced course studies at the Harvard Business School, Fordham Business School and Washington University. He is a certified Executive Coach and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Paul served as a Director for Joes Jeans, Eddie Haggar Ltd. Inc. and the A.A.F.A.. He is a Regional Interviewer for his college alma mater, and is a member of the Ivy League Football Alumni Association, the Penn Club of New York and the Certified Coaches Federation. He has been active with St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis for many years and initiated the Sag Harbor- St. Jude Mother’s Day Brunch and the Duck Head – St. Jude Celebrity Golf Tournament. |
